Welcome to our CFO Artisans site.

This site is our way of providing education and raising awareness about the value and efficacy of Cottage Food Artisans and Cottage Food Operations.

 

Our site is authored and published by Claudia Lowe, owner of Claudia Marie Design. Claudia has owned and run her own brick and mortar cakery & patisserie; branded and launched her own line of chocolates and dessert mixes, baking mixes and farm to table desserts; developed her own signature recipes; launched her own dessert catering business (cakery & chocolateria); is a tasting and pairing consultant; teaches cake decorating and candy making, and with her law degree* shares her experiences and knowledge of Cottage Food Operations and building a food business.
