Easy Breezy Tasty Brownies

Have fun mixing it up with any flavor Claudia Marie Dessert Mix for the easiest and tastiest brownies.

1 box brownie mix (about 19 ounce size); we prefer Ghiradelli

1 package Claudia Marie Dessert Mix; any flavor

Follow the directions on the back of the box for preparing the brownie batter. Stir in one packet of Claudia Marie Dessert Mix. Bake the brownies according to the package directions.

We like to make round brownies, individual serving sizes, so we use the DeMarle Flexipan Regular Muffin Mold. When the brownies come out of the oven place on a rack to cool.

Optional: as soon as the brownies are removed from the oven we use a pastry brush to brush on preserves (jam or jelly will also work) in a flavor that compliments the Dessert Mix flavor. For example, if you used Coconut Mousse dessert mix in the brownies then brush the brownies with blackberry. See our Flavor Lists on this blog for more flavor pairings.

Easy Elegance plating suggestion... drizzle a white dessert plate with chococlate syrup or Dancing Zebra Sponable Ganache. Place the brownie on the plate and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Add a few fresh berries.
