1 package Claudia Marie Dessert Mix Creme Brulee Mousse
Prepare Creme Brulee Mousse Marie as per package directions. Feel free to make an nondairy substitutions.
Make your favorite Red Velvet Cupcakes.
Fill and/or ice cupcake with Creme Brulee Mousse Marie.
Drizzle finished cupcakes with dark chocolate sauce or cherry coulis or sprinkle with chopped or shaved dark chocolate and top with a cherry.
Easy Elegance plating suggestion... serve cupcake, sans wrapper, in a small dessert bowl with a scoop of Claudia Marie Dessert Mix ice cream in a flavor to complement the creme brulee and red velvet.
